ABOUT US
Social Enterprise, Employment and Diversity (SEED) is a for purpose organisation dedicated to empowering people with disability in Southern Tasmania by providing them with employment skills and opportunities at award wages.
We began in 2020 after identifying many people with disability possess valuable skills and desire to work, but often lack the experience and confidence needed to secure sustainable employment.
Our SEED customers are based throughout Southern Tasmania and include NDIS clients and private, commercial and not-for-profit organisations.
Our trained SEED team are an enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated group of people providing the community with high levels of service in the following areas:
Domestic and Commercial Cleaning
Gardening and Maintenance
Tagging and Testing
Retail and Wholesale Products
All our employees have a current Working with Vulnerable People Card and Police checks.

SEED is the sister company to disability support provider Nexus Inc. All SEED employees have a working with vulnerable people registration.
